Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing

Homeless Prevention is designed to assist individuals and families with Rent and/or utility payments for the purpose of maintaining adequate housing while trying to get back on a secure financial footing.

Rapid re-housing is meant to secure an adequate living arrangement for those who are currently homeless.

Both of these programs come with practical, intensive case management with the goal of assisting clients in finding long-term housing and financial security.

To find out if you quality for this program, you can call Leaf VanPelt, HPRP Coordinator, at 530-283-5515, or email him at hprp@pcirc.com.
